We are a law firm in the heart of Vienna and stand for legal clarity,

Civil law

Lawsuits and civil disputes

Tenancy
As a special focus in civil law, we consult on tenancy law: collection of open rents, defense against unjustified termination and assistance with excessive rents in old buildings. Here we can offer many years of expertise and inform you as to what your rights are.

We have experience in all phases of a real estate project: from planning on the empty plot of land to the finished property. We will draw up the necessary property developer agreements for you and enforce your legal rights, should a project not have a satisfactory outcome.

We can consult on all issues regarding family law, such as child custody, divorce, and maintenance obligations. Should a fire break out, we are there for you and can resolve the, often very emotionally, tense situation peacefully by skillful negotiation.

Asylum and Aliens law

Asylum Law
We can consult and represent you in your asylum procedure from the initial application to the conclusion of the procedure. We can take over and manage your procedure at any stage.
We will thoroughly prepare you for the interviews/hearings before the Asylum Office and Asylum Court. If you have already received a negative decision from the Asylum Court we will gladly contest the decision for you at the High Courts and do all we can to uphold your rights.

Residency in Austria
You are currently living abroad and would like to move to Austria, because you have family members here or have found a job in Austria? We are happy to consult you on your options and help you choose the right residence permit. We will file an application for you at the MA35 and manage official communication with the authorities. There are many possibilities to achieve residence in Austria: simply write to us.

European Law
The European law perspective  is  becoming increasingly more important in the field of aliens law. As authorities, especially in the first instance, are often not informed about the recent case law of the ECJ, a competent consultation is already necessary at an early stage of the procedure, in order for your rights to be enforced.

Dr. Gregor Klammer is a lawyer at heart and represents with great passion at court. Already as a student, he volunteered to accompany defendants to court dates and was able to gain much experience early in his studies. After completing his studies, he worked in four major law firms in Vienna and successfully represented international clients in major proceedings. He frequently changed departments, working in M & A, banking, public and civil law. Due to his broad experience in numerous areas of law, he always keeps the big picture in mind.
