Bei uns gibt es drei Pauschalpakete: Basis € 1.490 (Beratung, Dokumentenprüfung, Antragstellung), Plus € 2.990 (zusätzlich Vertretung im Verfahren) und All-in € 6.000 (zusätzlich Urgenz, Beschaffung österreichischer Dokumente und Bescheidbeschwerde). Die Erstberatung kostet € 180.

Wird die Erstberatung angerechnet?

Ja. Beauftragen Sie uns nach der Erstberatung, ziehen wir die € 180 vom Paketpreis ab.

Kann ich in Raten zahlen?

Ja, zinsfrei über 1 bis 12 Monate. Die Raten vereinbaren wir bei der Beauftragung.

Ist die Beschwerde gegen eine Ablehnung enthalten?

Im All-in-Paket ja. In Basis und Plus ist die Bescheidbeschwerde nicht enthalten, wir bieten sie aber gesondert an.

Muss ich selbst zur MA35?

Für die Antragstellung nicht. Als Rechtsanwaltskanzlei bringen wir den Antrag direkt ein, ohne dass Sie einen eigenen Behördentermin brauchen. Zu manchen Terminen, etwa zur Verleihung, müssen Sie persönlich erscheinen.

Representation in the procedure

Everything in Basis. In addition, we represent you in the procedure and respond to every letter from the authority, for example when further documents are requested.

Not included: the appeal against a negative notice (Bescheid).

All-in · €6,000

Full support

Everything in Plus. In addition, we handle all communication with the authority, regular reminders, obtaining the Austrian documents and, if necessary, the appeal against the notice.

How much does a citizenship lawyer cost?

We offer three flat-fee packages: Basis €1,490 (advice, document review, filing the application), Plus €2,990 (additionally representation in the procedure) and All-in €6,000 (additionally reminders, obtaining Austrian documents and the appeal against the notice). The initial consultation costs €180.

Is the initial consultation credited?

Yes. If you instruct us after the initial consultation, we deduct the €180 from the package price.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, interest-free over 1 to 12 months. We agree the instalments when you instruct us.

Is the appeal against a rejection included?

In the All-in package, yes. The appeal against the notice is not included in Basis and Plus, but we offer it separately.

Do I have to go to MA 35 myself?

Not for filing the application. As a law firm, we file the application directly, without you needing your own appointment at the authority. For some appointments, for example the conferral of citizenship, you must attend in person.
